Open the in-game Shop and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase and make sure you have an internet connection. Eligible permanent purchases can be restored; spent coins and energy cannot be restored using this button.

Check that Apple completed the purchase, then close and reopen Umbraxis. For a permanent purchase, try Restore Purchases in the Shop. If it is still missing, email us with the item name, approximate purchase time and app version. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

Purchases need an internet connection and access to Apple's in-app purchase service. Check your connection and your device's purchase restrictions, then try again.

Energy starts a run. Void Coins buy weapons, abilities and permanent upgrades. The game shows the energy cost before you start and the coin price before you buy an upgrade.

No. Umbraxis has optional in-app purchases, including coin and energy packs, a Starter Pack and a permanent 2X battle-speed unlock.

Your hero stays at the centre of the arena. Equipped weapons aim and fire automatically while you choose upgrades and activate abilities. Monsters approach from every direction.

Progress is stored on your device. Do not delete the app while investigating a save problem. Restoring purchases is different from restoring gameplay progress; contact us before reinstalling if you are worried about your save.

Close and reopen the game. If the problem repeats, tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, Umbraxis version and what happened just before the problem. A screenshot or short recording can help us reproduce it.
